We primarily operate using two proven investment models: fix and flip and BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat).

In our fix-and-flip projects, we acquire properties below market value, complete targeted renovations to improve the property’s condition and appeal, and then resell the home at its full market potential. This approach allows us to generate strong returns within a relatively short timeframe while improving the quality of housing in the neighborhoods we invest in.

Alongside flips, we use the BRRR strategy to build long-term rental assets. After purchasing and renovating a property, we stabilize it with tenants and then refinance based on the new appraised value. This allows us to recover a significant portion of the invested capital and redeploy it into additional projects while maintaining cash-flowing rental properties.

Through careful property selection, detailed renovation planning, and strong local market knowledge, our goal is to create scalable real estate investments that deliver both short-term gains and long-term value.
